HI:

I was bid the (Item # 170979388636 )at 28-Jan-13 11:31:46 EST!
At the Second day,I uesed " (Ask a question)"asked the sell a question:"Is this Authenticity? I don't want to buy fakes!" But the sell didn't answer me!! so ~I didn‘t pay！I asked the question again uesed Email just yesterday~~But the sell still didn't answer me and feedback I unpaid item~!

So ,how can i do ? I'm a new member,I don't know how can I do~ I hope EBAY will be able to protect me~~I don't want to buy fakes on EBAY!

Ask any questions that you have before you bid or before you click on buy it now. You are committing to buy at that point. It is usually pointless to ask a seller if something is authentic. It is illegal to sell counterfeits so even if they are not sure of authenticity, there is a good chance that they won't tell you the truth.

As far as the unpaid item strike, as long as you just just have one, it shouldn't affect you much.

You are buying a lot of high end purses and some of them are from sellers with less than stellar feedback. It is a very good idea to go to the ebay.com shoes, purses and fashion accessories forum to ask if they think the bag is authentic. Do this before you bid or buy.

There is no opportunity to pay once ebay assigns a strike to your account. As pj says , ask all questions before bidding or buying and confirming authenticity on receiving is your real protection.

2 unpaid items severely limits buying on ebay for 12 months.

Are you aware of Buyer Protection for not received and not as described..

Claims must be filed within 45 days and if returning an item PP will instruct with on line delivery confirmation and if payment wasover $250. , signature confirmed.
