I bought 3 items from the same buyer and asked her for a better shipping fee, cause she does advertize, the possibility of a 10$ discount for more than 1 item. I bought 3 items and she doubled the shipping fee 2 hours after the end of the sale. 259.$ for shipping for a total buy of 260$, The shipping fee was still140$ for the 3 items 2 hours after the sale the same it was all along. i did not pay right away cause I was waiting for the new price.

You pay as advertised or mutually agreed upon.

Do not pay until the above agreement(s) is met.

If I have concerns I always save any relative correspondence and/or save the listing page to my PC until the the shipping issue is resolved.

Just to be clear, was the shipping fee you saw to Canada?

When you negotiated a lower fee, did you tell the seller you were in Canada?

Sellers are not allowed to raise shipping fees above what is advertised and buyers are not required to pay fees that are higher than advertised or fees which are added on to advertised fees.

But both buyer and seller should understand on what basis they are negotiating.

The seller is in N.Y. and me in Québec. The shipping is not more expansive than shipping in California. She was not honest. I asked her a better shipping rate before the end of the auction and she did not replay. Shipping was 140$ for 3 items for total of 20 pounds. And 2 hours after the auction it became 260$. I was very upset. She was not answering any Email. Next morning I saw that she forgot to change the first class shipping. It was the shipping for one of the 3 items. And I paid my items with a shipping of 119$. She called one hour later saying that she lost the best of the 3 items. She can only replace it with a smaller one. When I received the box, i was very upset. The item that she did not send me was Worthing a lot more than the small one that she sent me. I`m still sending mail to get a money refund. She said that she did refund me on friday, but yet to get some of my money back.
