I'm looking for Tyvek or poly mailers (envelopes) to buy but I don't need large quatities like I can get from U-line. I just want to buy some to try out in a couple of sizes to see how they work for my items. Does anyone know where to get smaller quantities in the Toronto and surrounding are?

Staples has them, but I do find them expensive. I use them for yarn to keep the cost down for shipping.

Hi Triber, are those the ones with the bubble wrap inside? I'm looking for just plain poly mailers, no bubble lining.

On my watch list I have:
ecoswift
poly-usa
From whom I have purchased
and
salenandbargain
xsy-estore
who I have not yet used
Some are US, some are China. Prices vary, so use the compare feature.

No vintagenorth, they have no bubble wrap, just the plain strong Tyvek. Google Staples, they will come up.

You can buy ebay poly mailers on the canada post site in the business section if you have a venture one card. I think that they are .20 or .25 each but they come in one size only. There is a minimum order.

Thanks pj, I have lots of the CP ones, I'm looking for smaller ones for my sewing patterns. I ordered a good supply of CP ones last year when they were free.

I know they don't sell small quantities anymore but I really liked their design: http://www.ecoenclose.com/

PJ
Are the Canada Post ones imprinted or plain?
I LOVED the eBay logo'd ones that were offered and then dropped a few years back. They were reasonable priced, looked professional and buyers couldn't miss that they had recieved an eBay package all the way from Canada.

These are the same ebay logo'd ones that I've always received. I think that a couple of years ago someone reported on the board that they weren't available anymore but I've never had a problem getting them.

Yes, they still have the ebay logo. I actually wish they didn't. I always fold the envelope so that the ebay logo is hidden. My thinking was that items with an ebay logo on them were more likely to go 'missing'.
