Hi, I just received the "Exclusive eBay Store offer" for $5.95 per month for 4 months and attempted to sign up through the link in the message only to get an error message "Unfortunately, this promotional offer is not available to you."

Did this happen to anyone else? Why would I get this message if they don't let me sign up?

I just had the exact same thing happen.  I was all excited and then BAM.   I wonder if it's a glitch.

What was the "stated date" in the message you received from eBay?

supposed to be from 25-31.  looks like no one can activate it

Just tried it again and it looks to be working: "You've accepted the offer "Get $10, $25, or $75 off a new Store subscription for 4 months"."
