Have bought 30+ items from . Was waiting for one item in particular- a jacket which never arrived along with eight other items. Seller was trusted at that point. Gave them too much time to send item. Unable to open case in Resolution Centre or take advantage of Buyer Protection. Had to deal with seller who promised refund but months later still has not given refund and is no longer responding to my messages. Ebay, PayPal won't help me and knows it. At this point I don't care about my $100. I am here to warn buyers not to expect refunds from . All of sellers items can be bought elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, time and money. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!

that's 5% neg/neutral. expect that seller will be banned soon
that is too high a failure rate especially for new items.
these items are all readily available from numerous sellers. best to use a different one

You have 60 days to leave feedback and appropriate Detailed Seller Ratings. The most effective fb is calm and factual. The lowest DSR is ONE Star.
Since 45 days have passed, eBay and Paypal will not help with your problem.
However, if you go to the credit card you actually used to pay (PP just mediates between buyer and seller, keeping financial information private) you could go to the 1-800 customer service on the card and ask about a chargeback. Cards have longer resolution deadlines, but they do have deadlines, so act today.
Have all your dates, transaction numbers, and payment amounts handy for the clerk to process your refund.
You will notice that the seller's name has been removed. You can quote transaction numbers , but we are not allowed to 'name and shame' other members, no matter the circumstances.

Useless information here as we don't know which seller (could have give the item # so we can see which sellers).
There are millions of sellers on eBay, so we have no way of know which sellers to avoid.

Honey you gotta read between the lines here ... He has 9 missing items ... In the last 90 days do you see anyone else the guy has 9 feedback from ...
You bought off a hit and miss seller .... DOn't judge all of ebay ...
First off the bigger the company most of the time means the least amount of service ....
Anyone with that many negs in a month is not someone you buy off of ...
Try to do a chargeback on your card as most of us already know not to buy off bad sellers so the money should be your only worry because we all know about the rest ..

I don't think this seller is going to get the boot anytime soon ebay seems to allow alot of big buyers to run some horrible feedback standings with no restrictions...
This is a case where the seller should have a limit forced on to them until they get control but I highly highly doubt that will ever happen I have seen big sellers with feedback as ratings as low as 89 and still keep on keeping on ...
I mean if I was ebay I would just keep them because they make us tons of money but keep forcinbg the cases to close in buyer favor until the seller gets so overwhelmed with losses they just tke it upon themselves to take corrective measures to ensure the losses stop...
It's fine to say there are losing ebay customers but with 12,000 feedback in a month they are still brining in more customers then they are losing for ebay ...
o well maybe the new defect system will hit the big sellers hard but porbably not

Sorry. I was responding to feedback I had previously left.

I'm sorry but one look at their negative feedback tells me not to buy from this person.

This seller asked for more time to ship the item and then once the timeframe was over would not respond to my emails!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

createthegrate: We are not allowed to 'name and shame' other members here, in part because some of the attempts are fairly obviously the fault of the poster and not the person they are complaining about.
While is is best to start your own thread about a problem, since it may not match with the one in an existing thread, your answer is upthread.
You can leave feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings for up to 60 days. You can leave a Response to feedback in definitely.
You have only 45 days for an eBay/Paypal dispute, so your next step is to phone the 1-800 customer service number of fhe credit card which you actually paid from (PP is just the mediator) with all your dates, values, payments and transaction numbers and ask for a chargeback.
