Wanting to buy a brand new $200. non returnable item  worried maybe it will be broken or not work properly.  Will it be covered by Paypal?    They have their buyer settings set to private and want immediate payment, which is really no big deal, except for the no return. Worth the risk?   Thanks

Hi sherri..Does the seller's feedback look ok.  If doesn't arrive , not as described , broken etc PayPal will refund. Not as described is return with tracking at your expense.
