In 1999 I with others set up pirate radio station called DRK RADIO.
It was great fun and lasted for about one year.
There was some great djs playing blues to rock pop and a bit of everything.
The djs names were in code so the powers that be did not know who we were.

And many more.
What I would like to do now is start it again on this board.

The gorilla…..I was shown that in and email a couple of years ago by my lawyer. He said it was a perfect example to back up why ‘eyewitness’ testimony is not very reliable in a lot of cases.
Yes the words in Dion’s song are good. I’m not a fan of hers either but sometimes I feel pangs of guilt because maybe she is just misunderstood. She has always struck me as a bit of a snob…but she might not be, if we would know her in real life.
I was at one of my worksites for a couple of hours today and the house is very frustrating to work on. John the Man Frawley sounds like an interesting man. I have always liked private radio stations and especially the pirate radio stations off shore of the UK as portrayed in the movie ‘The Boat that Rocked’.
