What to do when a seller makes me contact him through personal emails? He claims he cannot see the pics I posted on eBay msg.

I received an item that was damaged in transit (I assume the seller would not send a damaged item!).  I sent photos to show the damage, and twice the seller asks me to send the photos to another email address from my own address, saying he cannot see the photos I posted on eBay messages.  How should I respond?

Hi kitrac .. could be a preferences or pic size issue. I would send.

Keep in mind that you must file a dispute within 45 days.
