What would you do if someone is using your pictures and your title line word for word? They are also using it on others. See below

First a polite request that the other seller take down your pictures and scan his own.
If that does not help, Report the seller to eBay.
A Report usually just gets a polite note thanking you for your time, but I understand eBay does follow up and has even ended selling accounts for sellers who breach this protocol.
It's less common nowadays, but when most sellers were hosting their pictures on a third party site, some would change that picture to something more...interesting... and let the other seller take the fallout.

It won't let me contact him at all as he only sells to the US.
This comes up on the screen:
We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, this seller is not able to respond to your question. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing.

I changed my address from Canada to my address in the US and I was able to send a note. She may not do anything. But i do watermark my photo, you can see it at the bottom on her listing.
I'll post the outcome.

This is probably the biggest source of irritation about selling on ebay to me. I'm happy that you had a successful resolution with the seller in question.
