When are all the "glitches" since "maintenance" going to be fixed ... these are serious issues

It is frustration that I post this and in "hopes" that a decision maker / fixer will read this and address these issues ASAP. Realizing that it is not just the seller that is out by virtually not being able to list, if I'm not listing/selling and making money, neither is ebay making money on my FVF as there is none.

1. Currency Issues as discussed on other boards

2. During listing process:

   A. Change to US Funds, wait for page to reload hoping that it doesn't time out

   B. It changed to US Funds OK but title has disappeared, input it, page jumps to top and back into CDN Funds, repeat A & B

   C. Made it down to images, every 3rd listing it totally times out trying to upload my 2 or 3 images and I get the fav. ebay pop up to empty my cache or go to the ebay announcement board, this is usually a good time to get up stretch and bang my head against the wall

   D. OK, start again, same listing still, again usually the 3rd one, now when this complete shut down happens sometimes I'm lucky and it has been saved in "drafts"  get it out of drafts and proceed and make it all the way down to shipping, take I deep breath, as the computer has chosen it's own default (which isn't correct) and I have to change it, OK I've gotten use to this extra step, but know there isn't always the drop box there to select the correct shipping service, hit and miss,  if no drop box scroll down save as a draft .....

   E. Now this may be my favourite step, I can see the finish line, the "continue" button is the next step, click, oh no, page is cycling too long, I know what this means, incorrect/invalid bar code, OK I'm sitting here with item in hand, making sure all # are correct, look at the screen again, obviously the above process was too much for me..... but no I am seeing correct after all, this is not in ebays cat. though it is correct. So here we are at the top of the listing page again .... made the required adjustments and listed

This is the experience whenever I try to list since the maintenance. I have gone from approx. 15 listings/hour to 3/hour. All sellers, no matter what level big or small are paying fees to use the services that ebay's site offer. Currently, and for an ongoing time, they have failed to provide the level of service that they advertise and sellers are paying for. 

Everything that I have mentioned above has already been posted on other various ebay boards. I don't feel that ignoring these issues is the appropriate option, as it is also costing ebay FVF.

The listing currency is still one big glitch.

It does not help if you reset your future listings to read that they sell in USD, all sell similar listings switch to CND. It does not matter if you are using live listings or unsold listings to sell similar.

Relists remain in the same currency.

Switching it back to USD and the shipping weight had to be reset on 95% of the 100+ listings I launched yesterday.

(I was so happy and stress free to use my account that sells in CAD after that!)

I recently contacted eBay through one of my newer sites so that I could have my listing limits raised.  I didn't notice until I sold a few items in CAD that all my new listings where in that currency. All where listed using sell similar. I was at my limit and since you can't edit the currency once the listing is launched you only have two options. Raise the price 25% or deleted and sell similar.

Most of those listings are free shipping, and it was cutting into my profit margin.

The person I talked to said they thought it worth while to put in a mention on this problem. That was over a week ago, and I was hoping someone would have fixed by now. They must be on vacation?

Sill it was mind boggling yesterday listing, then checking to make sure I remembered to switch the currency back, deleting the ones I missed, (I'm borderline disabled) and sell similar again because I was not sure if relisting was covered in the listing sale. It's faster to go straight to the top of the selling page with sell similar then click, edit listing, on the relist page. (Then you back up and manually delete the listing from the unsold page.)

I sell in both currencies depending on the site, to avoid the exchange when transferring funds to my bank account, and because I use the Paypal Mastercard a lot. Don't know if it has changed in the last year or so, but you can't access your CAD fund through the card. I need USD to use the card.

When I first joined eBay.ca they asked us to sell in USD because sales tended to be 14% higher if you used that currency.

Would be most appreciated if they made it easier for us to follow their recommendations.

When you use sell similar and the shipping field changes, that is a glitch that they are looking into. The currency defaulting to Canadian dollars is not a glitch, they have set it up to do that for sell similar. Some users have complained about it but I don't know if they will be changing that. They did say on the weekly board chat that there would be some sort of announcement about this soon.
