First contact the seller and ask for the 'tracking number' of the items. There may not be one. This is not a problem.
Also ask for the date of shipping and the service used.
This is mail order and postal delivery times are optimistic.
In my experience it takes 10-15 days for arrival from Europe.
From 15-20 days for arrival from North America
About 30 days for arrival from Asia.
If an Asian seller apologetically offers a replacement, do NOT accept. Only accept a full refund. The original item may never have existed and the replacement will never appear.
If the seller is not helpful, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item Not Received dispute. The first step is to contacti the seller but you will already have done that, so go on to Step Two.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (tracking is only useful to the seller and even then only in this circumstance) he is required to refund you. If he does not do this, Paypal will refund you and go after him for their money.
