Where do I find a contact to send an e mail to ebay Customer Support

I have made an error on the invoice I produced for a recent sale.   I inadvertently put the Total $15 on the wrong line and did not realise that this had increased the shown total to an incorrect total of $30.     The buyer cannot complete payment as when she goes to pay the correct amount of $15 it refuses and asks for the $30.     I cannot find where to go to seek ebay help

You can send new invoice. On you your personal ebay page, find SOLD items, each item has #, price, Paid Date, etc, look for the  last tab "Action" usually said "Sell Similar" there is drop down menu, find "Send Revised Invoice"

OR you can call ebay costumer service, top right corner "Help & Contact"

and they don't have option for emails.
