Have you tried contacting your seller?

If this is for the car part and it was sent with UPS ground, be prepared for heavy customs fees and brokerage fees.

If the seller is in Canada, you should not expect the parcel for 14 days.

If the seller is in Europe, it will take about the same.

From the USA allow 20 to 25 days.

From Asia allow 30 days.

The "tracking" number is more likely to be a Confirmation of Delivery number and will not change until the parcel is actually delivered. It does mean that the seller has purchased postage and probably mailed the item.
