Why am I not allowed to sell an ecigarette yet I see tons of them listed?

It's against the rules to sell them on eBay. You can report the other listings. Someone reported yours. There's a report link on every listing. Whatever you do, don't relist it. You could lose your selling ability. I don't understand why e cigs are not allowed but they're not.

I agree, just because you see them listed doesn't mean it is ok with mama ebay.  I think only outright swear words get blocked in a listing or title by ebay itself, the rest of the time it is the rat patrol.  Sometimes we get mad and all end up on rat patrol, last time for me was selling a tiffany items, bags, boxes and with the receipts to show they were real but I guess it supports counterfitting or terrorism or something and they are not into it.  It (ebay) is a computer basically with little recourse to correct what they do to your account as well so again, don't try to relist it as there is no forgiveness with that if you get narc'd again, they will close your account.
