I received an email saying ebay bucks for Canadian users would end in March. It referred us to the FAQ page on ebay which can't be found. I'd like to know why Canadian buyers should not be equal to other buyers that will still benefit from this program.

Thanks heidilynn0. Did you read the page? There is no explanation. Just that they reviewed the program's "effectiveness" and decided to end it. And this...

What will happen to "eBay Bucks" section in My eBay?
The eBay Bucks section (under the Buy section of My eBay) contains all the important information regarding the termination of the Program in Canada. The page will remain online and updated until early May.

There is absolutely NO information where they ay all the important information should be!

Ebay explained the introduction of ebucks as and quoting..eBay Bucks reallocates marketing spend from acquiring new buyers to reward existing eBay buyers.

I guess must be saying that we did not take advantage of the reward offered ? Although i am happy that the program is still available to our southern neighbours , it rankles.

So are they saying not enough Canadians bought stuff on ebay? Or they didn't attract enough new Canadian buyers?

Very sad to see eBay Bucks being deleted in Canada.
I for one, loved this option. Sad to see this program go.

Yes I got this notice today. This was giving more of an incentive to buy especially for me..Is Canadian purchases not as important? Everyone should expect the same rewards across the board.
