Why are some Buyers so Rude

So i send a brand new item to France, its been over a week so i thought i would send a message to the buyer..

This is what i said 

Please let me know when you receive this item, it was shipped Nov 5, i 
think the post office said 4 to 6 weeks, hope you get it sooner..Thanks for 
your patients.

This is the reply i get.

I warn you that the object came, hoping that there is no problem

I don't understand why you are warning me, that doesn't sound very good, 
and did you say you got the item already, its only been about a week, that 
is great......please don't threat me, i am trying to be a nice seller.. and 
the item is brand new.

Buyer is from France... probably doesn't speak English very well and used an online translator. The word "warn" must have been meant as "inform" or "confirm". I wouldn't see it as a threat. Not everyone is fluent in English 😉

Instead of

There is no language barrier , he understands what he is writing and  apologized,,, I thought my reply was very respectful , and  he seem to think so also, so as you see it fuelling a fire, others see it differently...
