Why does the shipping costs differ from the listing to what we have at time of purchase , this is false advertising and it seems that either Ebay or Paypal is responsible , please clarifi, anyone?????

|Example : i purchased a set of Golf shirts and the freight costs showed a little over $10.00 and when i won the bid the freight costs was raised to over $20.46 .

Why?

and also harrassed by Paypal or ebay tp pay quickly although we've just been screwed !!!!

Ref : 181332445337

I am very upset with this un-professional way of doing busyness

I'm not sure why you would have seen $10 as the listing does state $20.38 for shipping to Canada. The shipping to the U.S. is about $10 so perhaps you weren't signed in and the shipping calculator thought you were from the U.S. ? Or..it could be a glitch.

If you haven't paid yet, you can explain to the seller what you saw and ask if he would mind cancelling the sale. Or, ask if they would be willing to ship first class international which would be less expensive. That is a global shipping program listing so you will also have to pay import charges.
