Why is a seller allowed to list an item for sale on the Canada site when they don't ship to Canada?

Why is a seller allowed to list items on the EBAY CANADA site when they don't even ship to Canada? I thought Ebay.ca was for Canadians to purchase items that are shipped to Canada. I believe a seller should not list an item on the Canadian site if they aren't even going to ship to Canada.

Hi laughalotmore,

That makes perfect sense. Some items - by default - shouldn't show up on the main Search Results pages. Did you want to drop me an email with the exact steps you're taking (including the Search Results page URL) so I can investigate?

However, some sellers have been known to make exceptions to this rule if buyers negotiated terms with them. You can also refine your searches to only show items being shipped to Canada.

Thanks,
