There are now restrictions on new (and newly returned) sellers which allow only so many listings for such and such a value per month.
In addition, you may have noticed that your customers' payments are being held against your good performance for 21 days.
The restrictions are stronger in high value/high fraud categories, such as electronic equipment.
So, it is nothing personal and all you can do is keep selling and wait it out.
