I won auction http://www.ebay.ca/itm/191471855019?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 five days ago.
I paid within minutes of close. I expect reasonable courtesy in turn.
3 days later, I messaged seller asking when shipment will occur... got snarky response.
Listing states shipping usually in 2 days.
It's been 5 days... 2 business days prior to the weekend, and one after.
I'm not prepared to wait for the cows to come home, to satisfy any acrimony the seller may feel.
I believe we have a contract.
If he doesn't like the outcome, he shouldn't have listed.
I'd like to report this seller, get my money back, leave feedback, then wash my hands of the j...
How do I do this without further contact.

"Item still not shipped."
Maybe the item has been shipped - within two business days (that would have been yesterday) - and the seller simply did not update the information.
It happens to me regularly.

You won the auction on a Wednesday evening (7th). Three days later is the weekend.
I suggest a little more patience, as many sellers only go to Post Office once or twice per week.
"I'd like to report this seller, get my money back, leave feedback"
What exactly would you report the seller for?
The second part of your sentence is the best course of action - especially on communication and shipping (if it becomes an issue)

You basically repeated everything I said.
Listing states shipping usually in 2 days.
It doesn't say, " I only go to the Post Office once a week".
Item still not shipped.
I'll give him 3 more business days after today.

I quote portions of posts that I am referring to. And also paraphrase to highlight important parts of the "story".
The fact that you were upset that seller had not shipped within 3 days is mitigated by fact that you bought shortly before a weekend.
