Hi,
I just bought a 6 cd changer for my car. My old one has died. Transaction goes well, seller has a 100% approval rating this year with 103 positive feedback. Nothing to worry about. But when I got the part, I found out he had sent me a regular one cd player. I opened up the case and I can tell it's a single disc player (Retrieving my cds from the old one was a big job and I can tell the difference between a single and a multi-disc player) but the guy keeps telling me he sent the right item. What can I do?

All you can do is escalate the dispute to a claim for not as described. PP will instruct on return ,at your expense , with delivery confirmation to the seller in Quebec. Enter # in dispute/claim
