A person i purchased from says she has shipped my order and has refunded me $4.00.I have received a email in my hotmail telling me this, and i  also see it here in my messages on ebay. My hotmail says i must respond and sign in to my paypal account to claim this before November 15. Also in my message here on ebay if i choose respond it kicks me out of my signed in account and wants me to sign in again with my password. I find this odd. I reported this to paypal. They said not to respond as a refund would just go into my account and i wouldn't have to claim it.  I find it very odd that this is also on my ebay account wanting me to respond.  Now i'm curious if i will be recieving my order from this vendor! Am i making any sense that i'm baffled that i have to "claim a refund"....and sign in to claim it. But when i go to my paypal account on my own i don't see any $4 waiting to be "claimed" Hmmm.....

In the opinion of your seller, you paid too much for ship...

In the opinion of your seller, you paid too much for shipping. So she refunded you.

This is a good thing and nothing to be suspicious about.

It would be better not to try to remove the $4 from PP to your bank account since PPwill charge a fee for any transfer under $150.

Just use the balance on your next purchase.

Don't overthnk it. The minimum wage in Ontario if 17 cents a minute. That means $4 is worth no more than 23 minutes of your time. Less if you earn a living wage.
