active content tool

Regarding "Active content - is there a tool that I can check individual listings and see if active content has been removed?   Also if I go into a listing that still has the scrolling bar from Auctivia, (which constitutes active content), and if when editing in the HTML tab I remove all the code right up the end the the actual description in the listing, is that good enough to serve removing active content?

Forgive me if I've asked a question previously answered but I am not sure where I saw what I am looking for.

The 'tool' can be found on your listing itself. 

There is a banner running across the page when you view it on a desktop computer that shoes you what it will look like without active content.
