anyone else could help me i have issue with the seller find out he/she are selling fraud items

i need assistance or help from ebay support i am dealing with seller who is selling a fraud or imitation product they where using a company name or product that is legit but inside the box that their where selling is a fake or fraud or imitation ,  i've spoken to the company who where exist & they told me that the seller is using fraud model number i have email & contact number of this company, i tried to contact the seller or email them  & he / she doesn't wanna cooperate to me because i'm asking for full refund , anyone who will read this email please put me to the right people who deal with this kind of problem, please i need your help we cannot let this people do this kind of crime  & we don't want other people get victimize with this awful seller...

If you purchased the item within the last 45 days you can file an item not as described through paypal.

Of it has been more than 45 days, you can bypass Paypal and go directly to the credit card that you actually paid with (PP is just the mediator.)

Phone the 1-800 customer service number and ask about a chargeback. CCs have longer deadlines than PP but they do have deadlines so do not delay.
