been ripped off cause of ebay policy

1st off I got the notice today my BlackBerry has been sold. 2: I called to ask to transfer 34.00 to my account  and they could not cause the $ is on hold by ebay. I was told not to ship the unit till the $ has been gotten. Now has been and they wont release the $ to me so I can send to my bank account and ship the unit to the buyer. Please stop messing me around. This dont look good on my account thank you.

New sellers on eBay generally face the 21 day hold where the funds received through PayPal are not available for withdrawal  for 21 days.

Sellers still have the obligation to ship their item to the buyer promptly.  Sellers cannot wait for the funds to be released to ship.

Rodney i have been following your post and I would like to offer what i think is very good advice...

Stop selling for a week and read through ebay's and paypals rules and policy it will make things a little less painful that way

If you use Paypal labels for shipping, the money on Hold against your good behaviour will be released to Canada Post.

You don't have to "call" anyone about this. Just start making the label. It should work fine.

Don't delay shipping. This is not your customer's problem.
