buyer with bad history

I just received neutral feedback from a buyer. I have a good record as a seller  and my item was properly photographed and described including the size  in inches( he said the item was smaller than expected).  This is my first bad feedback out of over 750 transactions. How can one misunderstand 16 inches in length, which was stated in the listing?  When I checked his record as a buyer I found 10 total transactions where he had left feedback.  4 were negative and my neutral. So 50% of his feedback is bad.  I am going to block him from any further purchases. Any suggestions to have that feedback removed?

That is a bad one after all you have size on listing, don't sweat it just carry on with 1 bad apple off the list.

At least the other 31 customers that got it knew what 16" looked like and where very happy, that is a really cool item.
