can I cancel a bid somehow as a seller, the person who bid on my item is on my blocked list and some how managed to bid

she writes me and tells me it is only  $2 to ship to Central America from Canada and she buys lots and lots (feedback is 😎 I tell her nope I only send with a tracking # so she writes again to say I could build my own box and ship for $ 2 so I block her after reading the feedback she has left for others and she bids so now I am worried about it
