You have to contact the seller and ask them if they will cancel it,

They are not obligated to do it.

Ask for a Mutual Cancellation.

When the request arrives in your email, agree immediately. This will release both of you from the transaction and gives the seller some of his eBay fees back. (Yes, sellers pay to sell here.)
