Has anyone else woke up this morning to find all there listing REMOVED to UNSOLD section followed by a message in your message center stating that you have reached/surpassed your selling limits.
When you call eBaY Canada support line they have a message acknowleding the problem but no turnaround as to when you can expect it to be fixed.
If you speak with an agent - they have limited information and cannot firm if you ads will be reposted. Also the email message claims that they have credited back your posting fees but when you look at your invoice there is no credit showing up.
This glitch is not affecting everyone so random sellers are being affected.
Luckily we are ok but I can just imagine the headaches and loss of revenue other sellers are experiencing.
I wonder what eBaY will do to compensate those sellers, if anything at all/
