I was not satisfied with a seller's solution, and ebay told me if I accept that solution and close the case, ebay will give me a 50USD coupon. So I did it, closed the case. But ebay never give me that coupon even after I complained several times. I did not have a documentation, but ebay record every call every time, does that count?
