ebay.ca will not upload my photos. BUT ebay.com will.
Just checked and for the Advanced Seller Form using either the Standard or the Basic/Classic photo uploader both worked for me on eBay.ca

Not true, you can list on either eBay.com or eBay.CA -- what restrictions (if any) eBay has on your account is what counts, not the country you are living in.
