I was bidding on seller site for very attractive n expensive looking ladies jewellery claimed to be 100 dollars worth..end up winning bids on 15 items...finally went to the warehouse to pick it.....had cash in hand and so much excitement for getting such a good stuff for so good price through bidding...oh man when I saw the stuff , I felt so insulted n cheated...this so called jewellery don't even worth a cent...it is toy jewellery and is so cheap that it can't even be used on toys...I spent so much time on bidding and exploring these items....I refused to buy it and left in shock and embarracement... Why would ebay will let these kind of sellers to sell this kind of stuff which is a complete fraud. $100 dollars value claim shouldn't be this cheap....I honestly think what if I had paid for in advance and had this surprise after receiving it in mail...

Very few people will see your post here.
Use feedback to express how you feel about this transaction.

Can I try to put a bright face on this? Because the seller allowed pickup and cash payment, you were able to inspect before buying. And to refuse purchase of trash.
If you had ordered from someone who was mailing it, you would have had to pay and wait, then return at your own expense in order to get a refund.
That being said, you can leave feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings for this mess. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. "Jewellry is low quality children's toy." for example. The normal rating for a satisfactory transaction is Five Stars. The lowest Rating is ONE Star. (No stars is a free pass.)
Before buying, look not only at pictures and description, but also at the seller's feedback and DSRs. This is meant to be a guide from your fellow members.
