havent received my item and now its past 45 days

I bought an item feb 3, received email a week later about a 20 to 30 day back order. I waited and then emailed and they ignored me, now its past 45 days.  What do I do?

You can still leave feedback up to 60 days from transaction.

Bank acct

Credit card through paypal.

Only option available is a credit card chargeback if payment was funded with one. Call the # on reverse of card . Have all transaction details on hand when calling.
