You can't because the feedback was left

more than 30 days ago.

When can I submit a Feedback revision request?

• Only after you've resolved a problem with the transaction

• If you think the buyer accidentally left you incorrect Feedback and you've contacted the buyer to explain why you want the Feedback revised

• If the Feedback is less than 30 days old

You can add a Response to your own or to his feedback indefinitely.

BTW, are you having a problem with the seller? Is he telling you that he will refund you if you remove the feedback. If so, this is a scam and he will not remove it.
