You only have 1 hour in which to cancel after you 'bought' the item. Now you have to send the seller a message asking them to cancel the transaction for you.
The seller will probably do it, but sellers really don't like this so there is also a chance they will ignore you and file an Unpaid Item case against you. Then you either pay or get a strike on your account.
You should save things to your Watch List until you are absolutely sure you want to buy.
