Hi .. Have had no experience with GSP but here is ebay...

Once the seller has shipped your item, you'll receive an email letting you know that the item has shipped. The email includes a global tracking number which enables you to track your item as it travels from the seller to the US shipping centre and from the US shipping centre to you. The global tracking number can also be found in My eBay and on the Order details page.

BTW, most US sellers do not know that their customers will be charged a substantial fee by Pitney Bowes when they use the Global Shipping Program.

And of course, there is no chance that payable duty and taxes will be overlooked as they often (but not dependably) are by Canada Post.

If you are buying in the US, it would be a good idea, BEFORE BIDDING, to ask the seller if they use the program and if they are willing to bypass it.
