And if worse comes to worst, you can go to the credit card you actually paid with (Paypal is just a useful mediator) phone the 1-800 custormer service number on the back of the card, and ask the clerk about a chargeback.
Note that in any of these, it is possible that you may be required to return the item (fake or not as described or just unwanted) to the seller. If you must do this, use a Confirmed Delivery (tracked) service so you can prove that the seller has it back.
