i cant reach ebay about a sellar that doesnt get back to me

i tried 3 times now for the sellar to get back to me about why my item hasnt arrived yet.. aurizon ear drops suspension dog otitis inflammation bacterial 10ml  35.41 i have ordered this product many times and always received it with in 3-4 weeks and havent recieved it yet...so i ordered again from a different sellar but it could be the same person under a different name not sure...ive always been please with this sellar and then all of a sudden he/she wont answer me..if i cant get the bottle of drops then i would like my money refunded....i hope you can help to resolve this problem for me...thanks...peter

Assuming your 30-day MoneyBack Guarantee with ebay is expired, you need to go to paypal and find the transaction within your Account tActivity. Open an Item Not Received case. Escalate. Don't accept an offer of a replacement in this case. Don't close the case until you have a refund.

Also, if you've ordered this from China, don't unless you've paid for tracked packet. Lettermail from China is experiencing months-long delays due to Customs processing as agents search for illegal drugs. (Google China mail and fentanyl.) It's best to order from sellers in North America until this crisis has passed.
