you only have 45 days to file a claim,you should never let that time pass.

Go to the credit card you really paid from. PP is just the mediator. Call the 1-800 number of the card and ask the customer service rep about getting a chargeback.

Have dates, payments, and transaction numbers handy to help the clerk refund you.
