i refunded shipping to the buyer, does ebay credit me the final value on that?

instead of waiting to be invoiced for combined shipping, the buyer paid both ship charges and I refunded the buyer one whole listing ship charge. I don't see a change in my account fees details. will I be credited the final value on that?
