iPad or iPhone app

I'm not sure how many of you use the eBay app. I had found it very convient and easy to use, up until the new update. It was an awesome tool for researching and then for buying or selling. I found it much faster than listing on a PC. But now it's become, virtually, useless. Kind of like some of the website updates.

I read about the displeasure many eBay users have about the update in the eBay forums on eBay.com USA. Quite a few topics and posts. Many are disgusted with the timing, 2-3 weeks before Christmas. Making it hard for buyers and sellers to buy on the iPad.

I am always amazed at how a company (not just eBay) can destroy a product with an update or new version. Like Microsoft Windows 8.

I amazed at how out of touch these companies can be with their user base and think they can force such a change on existing users.

I read in the USA forums that you can go back to the previous version and block the upgrade. How I do not know. Probably a futile gesture because the old will not be supported eventually.
