Generally it takes about 20 days for delivery from North America and 30 days from Asia.
Go to the listing. On the right you should see Contact Seller.
Click.
Ask for the date shipped and service used. Also ask for the tracking number.
Don't worry if there is no tracking number. If the item was cheap the seller probably didn't buy one.
If the seller responds satisfactorily with answers to the questions, allow time for delivery.
A refund is also a satisfactory offer.
An offer to send a replacement is NOT a satisfactory answer. (Trust me on this.)
No response is not a satisfactory answer.
If the answer is not satisfactory go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open an Item NotReceived dispute.
The seller must either prove Delivery (not shipping, delivery) or you will be refunded.
