May 15, 2013 I ordered a battery from Screenaid in Hong Kong, after no delivery I contacted Screenaid who claimed they shipped the item and quoted some obscure shipping number and indicated a 5-6 week delivery. After waiting some time, unfortunately outside the 45 day resolution window I contacted Screenaid who then said they would ship another battery. Quick as a flash nothing happened. Contacting Screenaid again they said they had shipped two batteries (for which I have no confirmation) and that they just wanted to refund me half the purchase price.
I have written off this ebay transaction and a very bad investment but I would like to leave feedback to ebay about this company's practices and to leave feedback for other unsuspecting potential buyers of Screenaid's products.
But I have been unsuccessful in contacting ebay or paypal. Ebay's call back doesn't work as I have yet to receive one even when a short wait time is indicated.
Does anyone know how to contact ebay in North America?
