I haven't had my stuff sold for a while, but does this mean I should go ahead and send the item? I wasn't sure so I asking it here.

If you have received a payment for your item, then you must ship it, regardless of the eBay/PayPal hold on your money. You cannot make your customer wait for your money to be released to you.
