I am looking at a buy it now/best offer item, and the seller keeps raising the price of the item every time i go to view the item, and he has not responded to my offer, which was made when he had the original low price on the item is he within his rights to do this, it seem a little hokey to me and not very fair???
A seller is allowed to change any part of an auction until he has bids. Then, while he can add information, he cannot change any existing information including the price.
If the price is still within your budget, bid. If it is too high, move on.
