after 14 years dealing with 1st non-positive feedback, my buyer left the feedback "OK" along with his neutral feedback, I have not left any feedback for my buyer as yet. I attempted to ask buyer if he would reconsider, or if there was aspect of the 1 dollar transaction which we might have done that didn't warrant his positive rating. I also regrettably mentioned that all the feedback this buyer left for his purchases this year was "neutral". In hindsight my buyer quite correctly said it was not my place to make such observations, and I was not a polite person. I decided to apologize for my statement, he was right this was not my place to say that, I also pointed out that since I had not left any feedback for our transaction, was he certain that he wanted me to provide my feedback on the transaction, or would he consider removing his feedback. He replied asks did I want him to do; my question is does offering the feedback option to my buyer, risk the option that my buyer might replace neutral feedback with negative feedback, or what route would be the best to proceed at this point?

Am I to understand your buyer has left NEUTRAL feedback for everyone?
If so, call ebay to have yours removed as this clearly is a member whose purpose is to wreck other member's feedback.
Oh, and to the best of my understanding, a revised feedback can't be made worse (as in neutral to negative) but the words could.
