Well if the seller isn't bothering with you telling them via messages, then all you can do now is keep the item since they are unresponsive.
What I have done in the past is opened an unreceived item case and the seller would refund me, but a couple days later I would receive the item purchased from them and I am honest enough to tell them I received it and pay them back...sometimes they give you a small discount since it's arrived late/not on time.
