Leave appropriate feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. "Did not complete transaction.No communication." for example.
But.
Did the seller have shipping to Canada listed? If not, did you confirm that he accepted bidders from Canada? Did you confirm what shipping would be?
When you go to the invoice. by clicking on Pay Now, can you insert the agreed shipping? Do NOT hit Recalculate.
While most overseas sellers are quite happy with Canadian buyers, US sellers can be provincial and xenophobic. It is always a good idea to confirm that your bid will be accepted before bidding if there is no S&H for Canada advertised.
