Look at the shipping details section of one of those listings. What does it say about where the seller ships to?it's possible that the seller may have inadvertently added Canada as a ships to country, while mentioning no shipping to Canada in the listing description. Is there a shipping price quoted for Canada?

Hello 'elizabeth87ashley',

Did the listings you were viewing specifically state that the seller does not ship to Canada in the 'excluded' countries?  Most US sellers will ship across the border, although many of them fail to include us and hence need to be asked.  Quite often they just never thought of it.

If there was an item in which you were keenly interested, you could always contact the seller and inquire if he is willing to ship to Canada as you found his listing on ebay.ca.  It is a good idea to ask what he would charge to send the item USPS First Class International, - as most of the other options end up being beastly expensive.

It never hurts to ask (or at least it shouldn't), and you may be pleasantly surprised.  And if he says no, well, it's his decision and you need to respect that.  Be sure to kindly thank him for his time and consideration anyway.
