here is where they come from and there is about 20-30 user ids from the states selling these right now .. So many people getting ripped off and after a month of calling ebay and fighitng the good fight I just might be done with this will be moving to facebook and twitter to bring to light that even why ebay knows they still let thewir buyers gets ripped off

That's eBay for you. If they are selling, fake or not, eBay doesn't care until the feds step in.

So I am confused why ebay allows  the fakes to be sold, when they are right there to stop someone from selling a brand name scarf, purse or other such thing sighting VERO as the cause, and I know for a fact the item is not fake.

honestly I think ebay plays stupid .. 50% of ebay is fakes and bootlegs and knock-offs and they know that i mean either that or whoever runs ebay is NOT smarter then a 5th grader... It is very obvious and not harde to find ...

I mean 90% of everything from china and hong kong on ebay are knock offs and fakes and EBAY does nothing .. I mean really you don't even have to spend more then 1 minute to see this ..

I have spent 3 hrs on the phone 5 different times trying to get these bootlegs down and nothing but I have saved all history and recorded phone calls so if i ever do get mad enough i can show police that ebay was provided all the prrof and still allowed it .. I guess after 5 hrs of research and tons of time on the phone with ebay i told myself record everything so if i ever do get fed up i have all the proof and evidence i need ..

There is no way eBay are going to take the complaint of a competitor seriously.

If the copyright owners want to have these removed they can easily do so (and many do).

If eBay started pulling listings based on nothing more than the report from another user I think you would find all of your listings taken down every time somebody wasn't happy with what you are doing.

The Vero program is there for rights holders to use (and abuse), if they don't care then so be it.

I don't sell disney dvd's only blu ray so no competition here.. I sent them pages of evidence including a customer ttestimony of there item being fake ... This was no he said she said I spent a ton of time on this one well I was at work and sent them so much info it was crazy ...
